Furthermore, the custom-engineered screwdriving head includes automatic stroke control, ensuring consistent depth and protecting delicate electronic components from damage.

Control and Interface 
Total process management is facilitated through an integrated PLC housed in a dedicated cabinet, providing a stable and reliable control architecture. Operators interact with the machine via an intuitive touchscreen panel that offers a clear window into the system’s health, including real-time displays of machine stop causes. This interface also provides deep insights through detailed production statistics, tracking everything from cycle counts and rejects to overall station efficiency and timing.
