This fully automatic machine is engineered for the sequential assembly of both single-piece and two-piece flanges, accommodating flat and convex designs. The system delivers exceptional efficiency with a performance rate of 4 seconds per cycle for flat flanges and 6 seconds per cycle for convex varieties. This high-speed capability ensures maximum throughput while maintaining the rigorous precision required for medical device manufacturing.

Structure and Layout
Built upon a heavy-duty welded steel frame and worktable, the machine provides a stable and durable foundation for high-speed operations. The layout features multi-position rotary tables across three distinct islands to optimize workflow and spatial efficiency. Custom quick-change fixtures are integrated into the design, allowing for rapid transitions between different product components with minimal downtime.

Integrated Robotics
The system utilizes five high-performance SCARA robots to manage loading, unloading, pick-and-place, and intricate handling tasks.
